Commerce Park West Development Announced

A respected regional e-commerce company based in Chesterfield announced plans to consolidate its facilities into Commerce Park West in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri during 2022.

The organization, which has received three Top Workplace recognitions from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, is relocating to advance operational capacity and future expansion.

CEO Andrew Hoefener stated: “Centralizing our facilities under one roof will not only ease our current growing pains, but also lay the framework for our next 10 years of growth.”

The $20-million Commerce Park West development broke ground in September with an expected completion in late 2022. The 18-acre campus spans over 200,000 square feet and features modern distribution infrastructure with warehouse automation capabilities. The facility offers 28 dock positions, 4 oversized drive-ins, and 28-foot ceiling clearance to accommodate multiple tenants.

Located on the technology corridor in St. Charles County with direct Highway 64 access, the project includes both premium office space and advanced logistics infrastructure.
