Our Story

Anderson Capital was founded by two entrepreneurs who couldn’t find what they needed. After years of operating one of the Midwest’s most sophisticated e-commerce and distribution businesses, Chad Weinman and Andrew Hoefener knew exactly what a world-class industrial facility should look like — and what the market was failing to deliver. So they built it themselves.

Today, Anderson Capital develops and holds industrial and commercial real estate in the St. Louis metropolitan area, with a focus on high-quality assets that serve the evolving needs of modern commerce and distribution.
